Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Conferences & Camps

Why have my conferences at OSU?

OSU provides comfortable, convenient, safe, and affordable housing options for a wide variety of camps and conferences. From athletic camps to academic workshops, the halls offer terrific spaces for meetings, lodging, and dining. Campus provides easy access to the library, classrooms, recreational facilities and more!

What types of groups can utilize the halls for conferences?

We sponsor over 70 groups each summer including the OK State Special Olympics Summer Games, 4H Round up, athletic camps, academic workshops and seminars, national conferences, and more. Faith based organizations, family reunions, and alumni get-togethers are also a natural fit for the campus housing options.

What types of services does campus provide?

We provide a 24 hour desk, check in and check out assistance, linen services, dining services, and 24 hour live-in staff available to assist your every need.

How do I begin my planning?

Just complete an Intent to Schedule form and return it to the Conference Services Office. We will then determine the best housing option for your group needs and budget, and return a contract to you. When you have completed the contract and returned it to the office, your conference will be booked.

Can I tour the facilities?

Of course! Just let us know in advance, and we will be glad to show you all that OSU has to offer.
