University Commons

University Commons - A new student housing development, Stillwater, Oklahoma

University Commons is the newest housing area on the OSU campus. It will be located on the former Droke Track, just south of Booker and Stinchcomb Halls. Designed by KSQ Architects of Tulsa, OK and constructed by Flintco Construction Solutions, also from Tulsa, the three buildings will house over 900 residents. Each building will feature a unique architectural element that is reflective of the Stillwater landscape, while maintaining the modified Georgian design that is unique to the OSU campus.

Fun Facts

OSU broke ground in Summer 2013, and began by filling in the former Oklahoma pond located south of Booker and Stinchcomb Halls. This is now a green space for residents to enjoy outdoor activities. For fun you can check out the full timelapse of construction from start to finish.

Since it's completion in fall of 2015, OSU is excited to add the University Commons to the housing selections for residents.
